Thelma Lorene Andrews

Mrs. Thelma Lorene Clift Andrews, 91, resident of Rock Springs Cemetery Road, died Monday, April 11, 2005, at Maury Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m., Friday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Adair officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The Giles County native was the daughter of the late John Rufus Clift and Lucille Clark Clift. She was a former longtime resident of Lynnwood Drive and was retired from Dixie Manufacturing. Mrs. Andrews was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Joe Andrews of Culleoka; one son, Clayton Jett of Columbia; one sister, Mrs. Maybelline Middleton of Franklin; three grandsons, Mark Jett, Mike Jett, Kenneth Jett; three granddaughters, Debra Odom, Terry Dial and Connie Morning; eight great-grandchildren including Morgan Jett; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Everett Jett. Pallbearers include Mark Jett, Mike Jett, Kenneth Jett, Johnny Love and Anthony Lee.
