Tyler Chrispother Vaughn

Tyler Chrispother Vaughn, 25, resident of Olive Hill, Tennessee, died Friday, October 20, 2023 at Jackson – Madison County Hospital.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 1:30 P.M. at Pisgah Cemetery in Hampshire with Bro. Brandon Cochran officiating.  The family will visit with friends Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home.  The family request memorials to be made to the family to help with final expenses and online condolences may be extended at www.oakesandnichols.com.

Tyler was born on February 23, 1998 in Davidson County, Tennessee to Steven Chrispother Vaughn and Peggy Brown Vaughn.  He enjoyed playing on his phone and the highlight of his life was his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his parents, Peggy and Steven Vaughn of Olive Hill, TN; two brothers, Jeffery Vaughn of Olive Hill and Josh Vaughn of Columbia; sister, Shawna Lee Frampton (Jamie) of Olive Hill; maternal grandparents, Debra & Kent Smith of Ethridge, TN; three nieces and two nephews, Abbie Eddlemon, Summer Eddlemon, Ryder Eddlemon, Nathan Smith, and Billy Brown; many aunts and uncles that loved him dearly including Barbara (Doug) Johnson, Becky Ragsdale, William Brown, James Wilhoite, Paul Wilhoite, Paulette Hay and Britney Smith; and numerous cousins. 

He was preceded in death by a sister, Briaanna Vaughn; maternal grandfather, Frederick Arthur Brown; maternal great grandparents, Rosie and Paul Wilhoite; paternal grandparents, Brenda and Robert Vaughn; and a great aunt, Sherry Hall.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
