Vickie Gale Moore Leverette, 44, employee of Governor's Response Unit for TennCare, and resident of Akita Way in Unionville, died Sunday, January 5, 2002, at Bedford County Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, at 2:30 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brother Ed Boggess and Brother Curtis Dowdy officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her mother she is survived by two daughters, Charity D. Hedrick and Jeannie M. Leverette both of Unionville; one son, Joseph R. Hedrick of Shelbyville; one sister, Cynthia R. (Steve) Anderson of Lavergne; maternal grandmother, Rosie Skinner of Culleoka; three grandchildren, Darian Pride and Kobe Pride both of Unionville and Levi Isaiah Hedrick of Shelbyville; two nephews, Sam Haywood of Columbia and Chris Faulkner of Lavergne; and one niece, Lindzee Anderson of Lavergne. Pallbearers will be Sam Haywood, Tommy Ray Skinner, Jr., Jon Anderson, Bryant Brewer, Comer Brewer, Gart Davis, Charles Southern and Adam Southern.
