Walter Wilson “Pee-Wee” Bolton

November 15, 1945 — April 12, 2020

Walter Wilson “Pee-Wee” Bolton, Sr. 74, employee of SA Recycling and resident of Summertown, died Sunday at Maury Regional Medical Center. A private family graveside service will be held at Ebenezer Cemetery with Brother William Owens officiating. Oakes & Nichols Funeral Directors are assisting the family with arrangements. Born November 15, 1945 in Maury County, he was the son of the late Bernie Bolton and the late Laura Baker Bolton. Mr. Bolton loved working and tinkering with lawnmowers and working on heavy equipment. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Brown Shaver Bolton; son, Walter (Shannon) Bolton, Jr.; daughter, Cindy Cliff; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Ann Bolton; brothers, John Charlie (J.C.) Bolton, William Ed Bolton, Bernie Lee Bolton, David Bolton, and Jimmy Bolton. The family would like to express a special thank you to all who have kept them in their thoughts and prayers, and shown love and kindness to them during this difficult time.
