William David "Billy" Crockett

William David “Billy” Crockett, 57, resident of East Valley Drive, died Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation. A memorial service will be conducted Saturday at 7:00 P.M. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Fewell officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 3:00 P.M. until time of the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be extended online at www.oakesandnichols.com. Born September 15, 1961 in Williamson County, he was the son of the late William Alexander Crockett and the late Mary Alice Crockett. Survivors include his sisters, Shirley C. Burkitt of Fairview; Nancy C. (Tommy) Lunn of Fairview; Susan E. (Ronnie) Wix of Murfreesboro; son, Jim D. Crockett of Columbia; daughter, Kimberly D. Jackson of Columbia; companion, Connie Johnson of Columbia; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews; and dog, Misty.
