Dr. William McLeod Dr. William McLeod, 74, retired Director of Research at Richards Corporation in Memphis and resident of Fairview Road, died Monday, June 27, 2005, at Lakeshore Meadows Nursing Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Tom Hagerty and Linnie Dickson officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Toronto, Ontario, Canada native was the son of the late Dr. J.M. McLeod and Marian Doyle McLeod. He was a member of Christ Community Church in Franklin. Survivors include his wife, Audrey Harlen McLeod of Columbia; one daughter, Jennifer (Michael) Hagerty of Columbia; four grandchildren, Deborah Hagerty, Erin Hagerty, Kathleen Hagerty, and Patrick Hagerty; one niece; and one nephew.
