William Alan Stewart

William Alan "Al" Stewart, 48, employee of Southern Land Company in Brentwood and resident of Santa Fe Pike, died Thursday, September 14, 2006, at Centennial Hospital. A visitation service will be held from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Monday at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home. Notes of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.oakesandnichols.com. The Maury County native was the son of Betty Ann Lovett Stewart of Columbia and the late James Forrest Stewart. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter, Leilani (Alan) Fox of Santa Fe; two sons, William Alan Stewart, Jr. and Zack Stewart, both of Columbia; two sisters, Diane (Bobby) King and Casey (Randy) Hudgins, both of Williamsport; one brother, Jimmy (Pam) Stewart of Columbia; two grandchildren, James Daniel Fox and Deborah Katlyn Fox; five nieces, Angela (Billy Joe) Spears, Danielle (Marshall) Evans, Melissa Stewart, Jessica Hudgins, Jane (Jason) Blackburn; one nephew, Benji King; five great nephews, Preston Evans, Wesley Evans, Landon Evans, Kolby Spears, Adin Blackburn; two great nieces, Lydia King and Laila Blackburn; and very special friends, Brad Bogda, Clayton Ambrose, and Billy Landers.The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. John Maloof and staff.
