MR. WYNDOL ORR Mr. Wyndol Orr, 76, retired maintenance supervisor for Monsanto Company with 36 years service and a resident of the Nashville Highway, died Friday, August 9, 2002 at Skyline Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols with Brother Wayne Hardison and Brother Elmer Lusk officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by Herbert Griffin American Legion Post #19. The Marshall County native was the son of the late John Orr and Kate Hooten Orr Catinna. He served in the U. S. Navy during World II and was a former member of the Riverside Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Hoover Orr of Columbia; a daughter, Mrs. Gary (Barbara Ann) Seibert of Franklin; two sons, Larry Orr of Houston, Texas and Robert E (fiancée, Gwin Bradford) of Goodlettsville; a twin brother, Lyndol E. (Willodean) Orr of Columbia; six grandchildren, Michael Shane Orr, Connie Lynn Rosenbaum, Melissa Carol Orr, Robert Scott Orr, Matthew Ryan Seibert and Edward Nicholas Seibert; three great-grandchildren, Rachel Rosenbaum, Lonnie Rosenbaum and Hayden Neal Orr; several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers are Jeff Lovell, Jimmy Lovell, Barry Watson, Ricky Watson, Calvin Hoover and Donald Orr. Honorary pallbearers are Floyd "Bud" Watson, Thomas Morrow, Dr. William Robinson and retirees of the maintenance department at Monsanto Company.
